7 Days of Gratitude: Day 1

Hello Wisdomers! Hihihi! Dream Team, Circle of Friends, G5, Chikis, Barberya ni Rey plus our ever loving adviser and mother, Mrs. Arceli Iglesia!

I just want to take this opportunity to thank all of you for being a part of my Senior Year! You guys added different ingredients and spices that made the last 3 months of my High School life more tastier, appetizing and remarkable not only in my mouth but also in my mind and heart.

Field Trip, JS Prom, Foundation Day, Graduation Practices, and Graduation Day - thank you for making those activities worthwhile.

As with our class song,

“…As we go on, we remember all the times we had together. And as our lives change come whatever we will still be FRIENDS FOREVER…”

We may now have different paths and endeavors, new school, new found friends, new happiness, new trials and challenges, all are new but one thing is for sure, we will still be FRIENDS FOREVER.

Now, I can truly say, Wisdom is the supreme part of happiness!

Hello College Life!

From Elementary to High School and now College!

From San Beda College to St. Mary’s Academy of Caloocan City and now De La Salle University!

From Fides Scientia Virtus to Initium Sapientiae Timor Domini and now Religio, Mores, Cultura!

From Manila to Caloocan and now back to Manila!

From That In All Things God May Be Glorified to Praised Be Jesus and Mary, Now and Forever and now Live Jesus in our Hearts, Forever!

From Red and White to Blue and White and now Green and White!

From being a Bedan to a Marian and now a Lasallian, I am now ready to face the more complex chapter than the past two chapters. Hello College Life! With the Bedan and Ignacian-Marian Values and Lessons I acquired, I know I can make it to the top and reach the dreams I am dreaming of! All are new in my College Life! New school. New environment. New friends. New lessons. New memories. New roller coaster ride. All are new.

As I ride to this more exciting roller coaster ride, i wanna thank God, my family, my Relatives, my Grade School and High School Friends and teachers, that made the past roller coaster ride more interesting and mind-blowing. Others already left, others chose to stay. But what is important is that they sometimes be a part of my life and that’s okay with me.

So brace myself for the new roller coaster ride!

Thank you Almighty Father

Lord God, thank you for the mind that you have given me. Thank you for the school who taught me the Ignacian-Marian Values of Faith, Excellence and Service. Thank you for the past 4 years. Thank you for my teachers who taught me not just the lessons of their subject but also the lessons of life. Thank you for my awesome friends, for letting me know them, for having fun with them, through thick or thin. Thank you for letting me experience High School. Thank you for giving me trials which made me stronger. Thank you for my awesome classmates which made my high school life more meaningful. Thank you for giving me my awesome family, for they are giving me strength. Thank you for everything that made me who am i today. Thank you so much, Almighty Father. I offer this to you.

Now that my High School Life is about to end later and as the new chapter of my life opens, Lord God please be my light and be my savior.

High School Life! Oh my High School Life!

FLASHBACK!

Paano ako napunta sa SMACC?

Grade Six ako nun, hindi ko alam kung saan ako papasok sa High School dahil ang San Beda High School ay nilipat na sa Taytay, Rizal. Magiging mahirap para sa akin kung dun ako mag-aaral. Kaya naman napagdesisyunan ko at ng aking parents na sa St. Mary’s Academy of Caloocan City ako mag-aaral ng High School dahil na rin dun nag-aral ang aking mga nakakatandang kapatid.

High School Life sa SMACC!

Grade 7- Kindness ang aking section kung saan ang aking Adviser ay si Mrs. Sapina. Dahil unang taon ko sa SMACC, hindi ko alam kung anong environment at rules and regulations meron ang SMACC. Naalala ko ang “Miss naka-silent po yung cellphone ko.” moment kung saan may tumunog na cellphone sa First Day ng klase at napagbintangan ako na cellpone ko daw ang tumunog. Kaya ko nasabe ang “Miss naka-silent po ang phone ko!” dahil hindi ko alam na bawal pala magdala ng cellphone. Sa paglipas ng panahon, natutunan kong mahalin ang SMACC. Natutunan ko ring makibagay sa mga tao. Dito ko rin nakikilala ang una kong mga naging kaibigan sa SMACC tulad nina Poleng, Me-an, Doms, Angelyn, Ina at iba pang mga kaibigan. Salamat Kindness! Hindi ko kayo makakalimutan! Thank you.
Grade 8- Purity naman ang aking section at si Ms. Pia ang aking Adviser na Moderator ko sa SciNav! Sa aking pangalawang taon sa SMACC, ito ang panahon kung saan ang aming section ay palaging nanalo sa mga contest kaya naman tuwang tuwa sa amin si Ms. Pia. Dito ko rin nakilala ang aking mga GFFS na sina Bea, Maica, Dai, Pols at Klau! Salamat sa inyong lima! Salamat sa pagtanggap nyo sa akin. Dito ko rin nakilala sina Kars, Io, at Marian! Thank you rin sa inyo. Hindi ko makakalimutan sa Grade 8 Life ko ang Nutri-Skit at ang Posh Magazine! Thank you Purity!
Grade 9- Felicity naman ang aking section at ang adviser ko ay si Mrs. Iglesia. Sa aking pangatlong taon sa SMACC, mas naging masaya ang aking Junior dahil sa aking mga kaibigan! Dito rin nabuo ang Big Brother Felicity dahil sa aking ka-adikan sa Pinoy Big Brother! Salamat sa pagsakay sa kabaliwan ko! HAHAHA! Salamat Klau, Keiko, Io, Mer, Jessie, ALexis, Lala at sa lahat ng Felicty at naging parte ng Junior Life ko! Thank you sa mga GFFS ko! Naging mas masaya ang High School Life ko!
Grade 10- Wisdom ang aking section at si Mrs. Iglesia ulit ang aking adviser! Ohyeahhh!

Original Wisdom- Sa konting panahon, naging masaya ako sa piling nyo. Maraming salamat sa inyo! 47 tayo nun! Maski ang sikip sikip natin sa classroom at ang init init after lunch! Salamat sa inyo!

Sabe nga ni Popoy sa One More Chance- “Baka kaya tayo iniiwan ng mga taong mahal natin, kasi, baka MERONG BAGONG DARATING NA MAS OK…”
Wisdomersss!- At kayo yun Wisdomersss! Hahaha! Tarayyy nyo dyan! Thank you sa inyo! Sa Dream Team, Circle of Friends, G5, Chikis, Barberya ni Rey, at iba pang grupo! Dream Team! Thank you sa inyo maski 10000000000000x tayong nag-aaway! Diba nga Warfreak ang grupo natin! hahahah! Wisdomerss! Maraming sa salamat sa inyo naging AWESOME, EPIC at FANTASTIC ang aking Senior Life! Ang araw ng ating graduation. Araw na kinakatakutan ko dahil ayoko pang umalis at lisanin ang SMACC. Natatakot ako kase mahihiwalay ako sa mga taong naging parte ng buhay ko sa loob ng apat na taon. Pero ganun talaga, ang bawat HELLO ay may kakabit na GOODBYE. Dumating na ako sa puntong GOODBYE. Sa pagsasara ng isang kabanata ng aking buhay, hindi ko man maalala lahat, mananatili ito sa aking puso habang buhay. Magkikita-kita pa rin tayo! At sa panibagong kabanata ng aking buhay, may mga bagong karakter at mundong makikilala na tiyak na MAS exciting para sa akin.
